La Guerre de 1870 marque un véritable tournant pour le monde.
L'Armée Française, considérée comme l'une des plus puissantes du monde,
est balayée par l'Armée Prussienne.
Le Second Empire, installé depuis 1852 s'effondre
et c'est tout l'équilibre du monde qui est chamboulé.
Une Annexion qui donnera notamment naissance
au Quartier Impérial de Metz.
